@janise01 : anyone that gets involved with someone who is married first of all is an idiot and second is looking for big trouble either legally or in many cases personally (and) or personal property damage. All the other humans on the planet and you have to pick someone that is “married”? Just remember…..if they will cheat on their spouse….they will certainly cheat on “you”

Honey, I agree with you that it’s easier to forgive when your spouse admits his infidelity honestly to you. Yes, she’s certainly doing it because of her love for her kid and the cheater in question, NOT me. I don’t need to spice up my life this way!

I’ve always told my husband that if I heard it from him, as opposed to her or some third party, I could find it in my heart to forgive him.

Honey, you are absollutely right, but it takes 2 people to cheat, when you get involved with someone married you automatically become an accesory to someone that is inflicting emotional distress to his/her spouse. While it is true that an accesory is at fault to a lesser degree, he/she is still at fault, no doubts about it. If adultery was a fellony they would both be in jail. She would have a shorter sentence, but still her sorry ass would be behind bars.

No, he’s at fault. ‘Do you honestly think that if she hadn’t slept with him he wouldn’t have cheated? It’s pretty obvious he would have just found someone else. She didn’t cause him to cheat he chose to cheat.

I can’t believe so many people are saying the other woman is at fault. Even if she knew about the guy being married she had no obligation to his wife, kids, or marriage. The only person who had an obligation is the scumbag cheat. Cheaters are the only people who should be blamed for their infidelity. People who blame the “other woman or man” are just making it easier and acceptable to blame the other person and not the actual cheater.

As a man, I would be very touched by the enormous faith my wife continues to place in me even after my cheating affair. It takes a big heart for this wife to stick by their marriage vows and forgive this loser. However silly she is, she’s doing it for her kid and that makes her not only a good wife but a great mum as well. She’s certainly deserves a better man.

Yes, I agree with you. The wife should dump her asshole husband. But Ive to say that homewrecker who allowed this married man into her bed deserved ALL she got - the injury + the shame she brought upon herself. Unfortunately, it may be awkward for her mum to face up to the neighbours for her daughter’s wilful act. Must be disgraceful for her.
